Her love of bridal fashion, and a sincere desire to create a memorable shopping experience for brides, compelled her to launch The White Dress by the shore in 2004. Beth is also the founder of Beth Chapman Styling + Consulting, where she assists brides in selecting fashion for their were g that reflects their personal style and provides day of wedding dressing services. Her passion for teaching and education and her desire to empower independent bridal retailers, has led her to mentor other bridal store owners on elevating their brand and increasing their sales and business profitability. Brooke Boling

Her career in advertising and photography spans everything from several agencies and record labels to fashion magazines and the Target Corporation. A graduate of the renowned Portfolio Center, Brooke’s design work has won local, regional and national awards and has been recognized in publications like Communication Arts and Archive. Her creativity behind the camera is equally impressive. Brooke’s photography has appeared in Vogue, Real Simple, Travel & Leisure and People, just to name a few. Although her heart will always belong to the Pacific Northwest, this Seattle native now calls Nashville home. Lindsay Fork is the owner of La Jeune Mariee Bridal Collection + LUXEredux Bridal in Columbus, Ohio.  Ms. Fork purchased La Jeune Mariee from the previous owners in 2008 and quickly grew the small boutique into a $1M + small business. In 2011, Lindsay opened her first LUXEredux, a designer sample sale store as an outlet for her own samples.  She immediately began partnering with other designer special order boutiques and designers around the country to consign excess inventory and now operates additional stores in Cincinnati, Indianapolis and opening soon, Pittsburgh. With over 15 employees, Luxe Bridal, LLC operates on EOS, an entrepreneurial management system designed for small businesses that allows the owners, typically visionaries, to focus on the growth of the company, not working day to day IN the business.  Lindsay consults with new bridal boutique owners and other small business creatives to achieve success early on with proper process models.  She has experience in buying and selling bridal boutiques, real estate leasing + acquisition. Lindsay has her BSBA in Entrepreneurship from Xavier University. Hilary Anderson

Hilary is the owner of Alta Moda Bridal in Salt Lake City, Utah. As if to drive home the Utah point, she’s a native of Utah, grew up in Utah County, and attended University of Utah. She has been in the bridal industry for nearly 15 years, having come about it by accident while searching for a job to supplement Teaching income – And there she stayed. Her hobbies and addictions consist of travel, running, reading SciFi, and cats, but she has yet to combine all four with desired precision.

Stephanie Fagyal

Berrybridge Bridal Boutique | St. Louis, Missouri

Stephanie has been in the bridal industry for over 16 years, 8 of those owning a bridal store. She started as a conventions services intern at The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. After that internship was done – Stephanie was hooked on weddings! She came back to STL and started working at the Starlight Roof at The Chase Park Plaza – the top venue at the time in the area. She went on to be a full-time Wedding Planner. Stephanie bought Town and Country Bridal in January of 2009 from her old wedding planning boss and then had the opportunity to purchase my biggest competitor, Berrybridge Bridal Boutique, in 2014. Stephanie sold TCBB at the beginning of 2016 so she could focus her attention to Berrybridge; giving brides a one-on-one experience. It is such a privilege for Stephanie to get to help so many St. Louis families at such an important time in their lives. Berrybridge is a high-end bridal salon with gowns starting at $4,500 and going up to over $15,000. Berrybridge is only open by appointment. Stephanie has the pleasure of helping girls from four different high schools that graduate in white ballgowns, and two debutante balls. In the business it is very rare to have repeat customers but she has helped families with their daughters graduation gowns, two debutante gowns and then has helped them with their wedding gown!!
