MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM WEDDING IN NYC

A Midsummer Night's Dream came early this spring at Cipriani Wall Street thanks to an incredibly creative wedding team! My styling and dressing team and I were honored to provide day of wedding dressing service for the bride and groom, Abby and Alex, as well as their beautiful families for their NYC wedding.
Outside we were experiencing a torrential rain storm on their wedding day as we were getting the bride, groom and their families dressed, but spring had sprung inside the Cipriani ballroom thanks to the incredible creative wedding designer talents of Victoria Dubin Events and David Beahm Events! We can’t get over the lush, floral garden explosion that happened inside for their wedding celebration all while it was raining outside.
The bride, Abby, was stunning in a strapless 3-d textured lace wedding gown designed by Monique Lhuillier and satin bridal heels. Her cathedral-length bridal veil was the perfect accessory for her long, beach waves bridal hairstyle. Her bridesmaids wore elegant deep blue, satin Jenny Yoo bridesmaids’ floor-length dresses. (We especially loved that her bridesmaids each chose their own dress for a coordinating, yet mismatched bridesmaid style where every bridesmaid felt her most comfortable.) But I think the sweet boys in their tuxedoes stole the show- especially as they handed out roses during the wedding ceremony processional.
From florists to designers to lighting to linens and beyond, their creative wedding vendor team transformed the ballroom at Cipriani into an amazingly lush garden that was warm and inviting - the perfect wedding reception! You wouldn’t even know you were in the heart of a New York City wedding!
